A Shocking Revelation

How to unlock: Uncover a major truth about the incident.

This unlocks at a specific story milestone when you discover a significant plot revelation. It happens naturally as you progress through the main scenes. You do not need to do anything special — just keep investigating and the revelation will come.

Still Alive

How to unlock: Identify a character who survived the incident.

You must correctly identify at least one character whose fate is "Alive" rather than "Deceased." Eve Dauer (Person 9, Goose) is the most obvious surviving character. When you confirm her identity and fate on the deduction board, this achievement unlocks.
